8Project Description: RFQ for a lump-sum turnkey contract for a wet flue gas desulphurisation system in the 1720 MW (7x210 MW + 1x250 MW) thermal power station involving design, engineering, manufacture, civil works with a new chimney, erection of all mechanical, C&I systems, electrical equipment, and systems, testing, commissioning, and performance guarantee testing of wet limestone FGD system has been floated and pre bid meeting has also been concluded. Technical evaluation of bid is expected by June end and soon it is going to open its price bid too.
